This very accurate cylindric dynamometer is provided with a black scale on the inner tube. Tubes and caps are made of nickel-plated brass while the hook and ring are of nickel-plated steel. These dynamometers are specially adapted for express precision measuring respectively weighing like the pressure of the brushes of electric motors etc. Owing to the built-in overload safety device the instrument can be loaded up to about 20 % exceeding the measuring value without a change of the measuring springs taking place.
