3D-SENSOR CENTRO WITH STRAIGHT SENSING PROB HAIMER BLET
The 3D sensor Centro HAIMER is designed for quick and precise centering of bores and arbors. Clamped into the spindle of the milling machine, and will be positionned close to the wanted axis.The probe tip is adjusted so that the sensing ball touches the surface of the bore or arbor. The probe tip slides at low spindle speed along the surface of the workpiece. Its movement is transferred to the pointers of the dial gauge. The housing does not rotate with the spindle and thus the dial gauge always stay in the operator field of view. Determine precisely the wanted axis by oscillating the pointers during the rotation until the spindle and the axis coincide. Now the position of the spindel can be corrected until the pointers come to a standstill. The wanted axis is founds.
